In the past I have given this hotel good reviews.But recently the service standards have dropped or have undergone a policy change.Hotel appears to want to attract and cater for the Thai business community via it catering and function rooms at the expense of tourist and others.

I have stayed at this hotel six times in the past 18month so have a good knowledge of this hotel but am unable to recommend it. This is a great Hotel.You could say that the cost is in the budget range,but that is all,nothing budget about the rest of the Hotel.A beautiful Hotel well layed out.Staff are excellent, easy to deal with and very helpful.Terriffic restaurant with a varied menu.Also a great selection for breakfast.Situated close to the markets and a major department store(Tesco Lotus) and a taxi fare to the heart of Khon Kaen takes 10min and costs around 70baht.

Value for the money

Very far from the city center limited to no taxi service availabel after 7 P.M. good luck with that.......... No free airport transfer!!!! Not good for first time thailand vistor

This is a excellent hotel,with freindly,couteous staff.Extremly pleasent to deal with. The rooms are clean,comfortable and modern.Great meals on room service,at budget prices along with a buffet style breakfast. Close to excellent market style shopping and close to the department store shopping at telco Lotus. Slightly out of the city centre but hotel serviced by metered taxi service. only 60baht and 8 mins to city centre.

The hotel is new and clean. The room is quite big and very comfortable. I also like the design in the hotel. I will definately recommend this hotel to my friend and stay here again next time in Khon Kaen.

Off to bad start as they did not respond to query by email about the airport shuttle service - which turned out to be 4 times the price of a taxi, as the hotel charge per person. However, everything good thereafter. Nice room with seating area. Decent breakfast - English and Thai offerings - reasonable restaurant for dinner. helpful staff (many with no English, but we managed). A little out of town, on main route 2 (Bangkok to Laos border) which might not appeal to all. Very good value

I found everything to my satisfaction

Had to go around market to get to Hotel,(one way only) took 20 minutes
